This fee helps compensate for lost time and revenue associated with late cancellations. 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: To ensure all clients receive the full benefit of their scheduled service, it is important to arrive on time. Clients arriving 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be charged an additional $15.
